Charles use sauthoritative and descriptive sentences. In this chapter he builds updrama and creates colossal tightness.In this chapter he makes the reader remember mops situation. fritterreceived money but had to leave his family to gain it. Pip travel awayand received money on a monthly basis. the Tempter reminds us of Pipssituation the readers feel that an important thing is about to happen.At this point Pip is feeling disheartened and Dickens uses bad climateto project his feelings. When Dickens uses this to project pipssituation the readers feel sorry for Pip and can comprehend what his tone ending through. Using the weather conditions gives Dickens anotheraspect on how Pip feels. But they also know he left his family formoney fashioning him look slightly guilty. The unsettled weather createsdrama and gets the way Pips feels to the readers. Dickens repeats lecture and uses long sentences constantly this helps creating to a greater extenttension. Dickens uses academic terminology and makes the reader moreinvolved using words that can whole describe things with the ones hischosen making the reader involved helps them to interact more withthe chapter. The language is altered to the other chapters becausethis one is filled with tension. As Dickens generates tension thereaders anxiety and strain also builds up thus making the readersmore concentrated into the book. Dickens makes the pressure andtension last a long time using the long sentences and words to keepthe readers more intrigued. The atmosphere changes and it becomessilent because no ones ready for whats about to hit them.
